The method for manufacturing a wall from blocks (1) consists in using blocks comprising at each end a notch (2), a female gap on the bottom side and a male weather seal on the top side. The dry blocks are mounted one on the other and the notches are filled with concrete so as to form stiffeners. The blocks are located between posts (6) comprising a core with slots allowing the automatic pouring to fill the notches.
