PREPARATION METHOD OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION WITH EXCELLENT WEATHER RESISTANCE, GLOSS AND IMPACT RESISTANCE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a thermoplastic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin composition is provided, to improve weather resistance, gloss and impact resistance by using two kinds of rubbery polymers having different average particle size and characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of polymerizing a graft monomer with an acryl-based rubber polymerization latex having a gel content of 75-90 wt% and an average particle diameter of 0.08-0.20 micrometers to obtain a first graft latex with a polymerization conversion rate of 90% or more; polymerizing a graft monomer with a butadiene-based rubber polymerization latex having a gel content of 50-80 wt% and an average particle diameter of 0.40-0.70 micrometers to obtain a second graft latex with a polymerization conversion rate of 93% or more; and adding continuously remaining graft monomer to prepare a third graft latex with a final polymerization conversion rate of 94-98 % and a solid content of 38-43 wt%.
