<p>A hair iron that allows the user to enjoy sufficient minus ion effect on his or her hair. Such hair iron comprises a grip, and a hair care section attached to the grip and having a heater for giving heat to the hair for hairdressing. Further, the hair iron also comprises a minus ion generating device for producing minus ions by electric discharge of poles and discharging the minus ions to the hair held by the hair care section. The hair care section is in the bar form and the heater is installed on the outer peripheral surface of the bar, whereby a hair iron can be obtained that is adapted to wind the hair around the hair care section for efficient hair setting.</p> |
