PURPOSE: A molding apparatus for drying and thermal decomposing combustible waste is provided to produce solid fuel of uniformed structure by minimizing expansion and rotational stress of the structure due to pores generated inside casing and extend durable life time of the molding apparatus. CONSTITUTION: In a molding apparatus for drying and thermal decomposing combustible waste to manufacture solid fuel through sorting, dehydrating, crushing and compression molding processes using combustible waste, the molding apparatus includes a casing(30) that is a transfer means of combustible waste; a screw(20) rotated inside the casing(30); and a screw(20') which is rotationally installed together with the screw(20) as a pair inside the casing(30) by mounting a gear member on a certain part of one side of the screw(20) in such a way that two gears(21,21') are engaged with each other, wherein a gear box(22) is installed between a driven pulley(13) and the casing(30), the driving gear(21) is mounted on a certain part of shaft of the screw(20) directly connected to the driven pulley(13), a driven gear(21') is engaged with the driving gear(21) at the same elevation so that they are rotated reciprocally, the driven gear(21') is directly connected to the screw(20'), and rotating vanes of the screws(20,20') should be fabricated in the same direction since the driving gear(21) and driven gear(21') are reciprocally rotated in the same direction. |
