PURPOSE: Structure for mounting a shock absorber is provided to improve productivity and maintenance efficiency by using a bolt having a polygonal head. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber(10) includes a cylindrical outer shell(12), a piston rod extending to the outer portion of the outer shell, and a head cup(14) fixing the outer shell and combined with the upper portion of the piston rod. A bolt head(50) firstly welded with the lower end of a connector of the piston rod and secondly welded with the upper face of the head cup is installed. The outer circumference of the bolt head is hexagonal or polygonal.
