<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an ordering side to perform more stable plant operation by suppressing costs necessary for new production and maintenance of parts for a plant device in an industrial plant and to enable an order receiving side to intensify the relation of its own technology to object parts more with respect to a contract with the ordering side and to perform consistent parts management. <P>SOLUTION: The object parts are maintained at a consistently fixed amount of money from the purchase of new object parts until the time when the object parts become unusable because of their life by taking into consideration the number of future maintenance times of the object parts, etc., between the ordering side and the order receiving sides before the purchase of the new object parts in place of the conventional system in which a maintenance cost for the degree of maintenance is applied each time maintenance is required after the production of the new product with respect to the parts for an industrial plant that need maintenance including new production. If the parts are destroyed, damaged, lost or the like due to an unexpected state, the problem of the parts is handled according to agreement decided by the ordering side and the order receiving side before or after the problem takes place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
