<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which provide essential security information of a computer system to a security administrator thereof, and enable a manger to control whether necessary measures have been taken. <P>SOLUTION: The system for monitoring weak points of a computer system comprises an environment information storage unit storing environment information of the monitored computer system, an administrator information storage unit recording a system administrator information who manages weak points of the monitored computer system, a weak points information storage unit storing weak points information, a weak points information providing unit selecting weak points information which need to be applied to the monitored computer system from the weak points information storage unit according to the environment information thereof and providing the information to the system administrator, and an information providing unit for measures of the weak points generating information of weak points measures based of a logs of weak points modified operations the system administrator has taken and send the information to a manager who supervises the system administrator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
