SEALED LEAD STORAGE BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed lead storage battery which will not have its electrolyte solution leaked from an exhaust outlet even if the solution is poured in the instant before the battery is used in a horizontal state on a bicycle or the like involving vibration. SOLUTION: By providing an exhaust outlet formed for releasing gas generated in the lead storage battery in cell rooms other than those with protrusions formed on rear face of a lid, leak of electrolyte solution from the exhaust outlet due to vibration or the like is prevented even if some electrolyte solution exists in isolation without being immersed in an electrode group soon after it is poured.
