PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exchange a vacuum tube keeping the apparatus mounted on a vehicle even when the vacuum tube is blown out for the purpose of realizing an audio apparatus for a vehicle using a vacuum tube. SOLUTION: When exchanging a vacuum tube, mounting screws 16 at four corners of a cover 14 are taken off, and the cover 13 is removed from a front panel 2. Hereby, a power source switch 20 interrupts power supply to a vacuum tube board 8, so that the vacuum tube board 8 can be securely pulled out forward. Further, a connector 12 is disconnected from a mating connector, so that the vacuum tube board 8 can be separated from the front panel 2. In this situation, the blown-out vacuum tube 9 is pulled out from a socket 10, and a new tube is inserted, and thus an apparatus is assembled in the reverse order described above.
