摘要 The invention concerns a manipulator for fixing a surgical needle integral with a suture, comprising a sleeve (4) wherein is stressed in a substantially elongated position a surgical needle (2), a stem (13) which penetrates into the sleeve (4) for extracting said needle (2) and angular indexing means (19) which consist in a configuration of the inner bore (5) of the sleeve (4) according to a profile which enables during extraction of the surgical needle (2) from the sleeve (4) to direct it into a specific and constant position relative to the main axes of said sleeve.
