<p>The invention relates to a dynamic rudder which is used to steer vessels. According to the invention, a cylinder is incorporated into the lower part of the longitudinal centreboard or keel. Each end of the aforementioned cylinder is provided with a container which is half filled with water and the water is transferred from one container to the other by means of a pump. Moreover, the inventive device comprises a horizontal shaft which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the vessel and parallel to the plane of the water.</p> |
