ON LINE SERVICE SYSTEM USING DIGITAL TV AND SERVICE METHOD

PURPOSE: An on line service system using a digital TV and a service method are provided to connect a personal toy with the digital TV or an on-line service, thereby improving the utility of the digital TV. CONSTITUTION: A web server confirms a service request signal through a DTV(Digital Television) of each client(S110). The web server confirms an IP of the corresponding DTV and analyzes the corresponding signal for reading the kind of a toy transmitting the signal and reading the current operation state of the toy(S120). The web server operates a search engine for extracting all kinds of related data stored in a database server(S130). The web server controls an image synthesizing unit for synthesizing the multimedia data related to the toy according to the current operation state of the toy(S140). The synthesized multimedia data is transmitted to the DTV(S150).
