PURPOSE: A device for preventing the intrusion of the rain water of a vehicle is provided to prevent the wetting of an occupant with the rain water by selectively shielding the upper portion of the space through which the occupant gets on and off a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing the intrusion of the rain water of a vehicle comprises a case(110) communicated with through holes formed at both sides of a roof panel, a rain-blocking panel(120) received in the case, a guide portion(110c) of the slit formed on the lower face of the case, a transferring bar(130) for transferring the rain-blocking panel to the through holes along the guide portion, and a hinge having a rotating shaft formed in the direction of the width of the transferring bar.
