PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing hair of butcher meat is provided to easily collect cut hair in a collecting vessel while simply removing the hair, thereby maintaining the environment of work in a clean sanitary condition. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing hair of meat comprises a transfer mechanism disposed on the upper surface of a body so as to transfer the meat in one direction, a steam injector(14) provided at the entrance of the transfer mechanism and formed with a plurality of steam nozzles(15) for injecting steam of a high temperature, a compressed water injector(16) provided at one side of the steam injector and formed with a plurality of compressed water injection nozzles(17), and a rinse water injector(18) provided at one side of the compressed water injector and having a rinse water nozzle(19).
