PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack system which is capable of deterioration determination too, making effective use of a battery, using a simple circuit configuration. SOLUTION: This battery pack system has a battery set, a first charge and discharge means which charges and discharges the battery pack, a voltage detection means which detects voltage, switching the voltage of at least one battery in the order, and a second charging and discharging means which performs charging and discharging, switching at least one battery in the order.
