PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter of a two-stage constitution in which even when stabilization of a control system is difficult under the output voltage feedback control of a single loop or a stable margin is small, the stabilization is obtained by the control of multiple-loops. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter of the two-stage constitution comprises a non-isolated DC-DC converter 11 capable of regulating an intermediate voltage under a PWM control of a front stage, a DC-DC converter 12 of an insulation of a rear stage, and a PWM controller 14 for controlling a duty ratio of switching of the front stage by a negative feedback of the output voltage of the converter of the rear stage so that the intermediate voltage Vb of the front stage is negatively fed back to the controller to exclude a resonance peak of a low frequency side of a loop gain.
