PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize downsizing and power consumption saving for a motor, that is, the higher torque and higher efficiency, from the request for the further downsizing and power consumption saving of an apparatus where the motor is to be mounted. SOLUTION: This is a small-sized high-output high-efficiency motor which can also utilize the reluctance torque by the magnetic resiliency between a permanent magnet at a section long in axial dimension and a magnetic substance arranged at a short section between its magnetic poles, in addition to the magnetic torque by the permanent magnet, by such constitution that the permanent magnets different at two points in axial length are arranged, in a permanent magnet type of outer rotor motor.
