PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a master station from performing biased communication with a specified slave station. SOLUTION: In a radio communication system, communication links are installed between the master station and each of a plurality of slave stations, and a slave station out of the plurality of slave stations to which slave station a packet is transmitted by the master station returns the packet to the master station when the slave station receives the packet. The radio communication system is provided with a reception control unit of communication equipment operated as the master station, receives a packet transmitted from one out of the plurality of slave stations and outputs it, a priority control unit which obtains the order of priority between the respective communication links in accordance with conditions of the respective communication links to each of the plurality of slave stations, a transmission determining part which selects a communication link to be communicated based on the order of priority and outputs a packet corresponding to the selected communication link, and a transmission part which transmits the packet to a corresponding slave station.
