PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damping characteristic of a SAW filter from lowering. SOLUTION: In a mounting area 11 of a SAW filter provided with a langasite as a piezoelectric body, an input-side terminal electrode 12a and an output-side terminal electrode 13e connected to an input terminal and an output terminal of the SAW filter are provided. Each of the terminal electrodes 12a, 13a is connected to micro-strip lines 14, 14 extended from the mounting area 11 of the SAW filter to a predetermined distance #L in a direction perpendicular to a propagation direction P of a surface acoustic wave in the SAW filter, and extended, at a bending position apart by a predetermined distance #L from the mounting area 11, in a direction parallel to the propagation direction P of the surface acoustic wave in the SAW filter.
