PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To first make an emitter of a chemical light emitting fixture look large, second to enhance safety so as not to harm a human body by softening its surface, third to make it hard to change light emitting even if the outside air temperature changes, and fourth to enhance the stability of the quality on the market. SOLUTION: This chemical light emitting fixture is surrounded by a flexible closed cell foamed plastic molded with an expansion ratio of 3-50%, preferably 20-30%.
