摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further surely monitor operation of a traveling vehicle in a vehicle road by individually and surely recognizing a large number of these vehicles even when a large number of vehicles simultaneously travel in parallel. SOLUTION: This spot communication system has a beacon device 14 for reading a corresponding vehicle and vehicle ID of a file vehicle group with every passing vehicle and file vehicle group by passing through a first beacon covering area A arranged in a prescribed position of the vehicle road, a beacon device 17 arranged at the other point of the roadside so as to be capable of receiving proper vehicle ID of the vehicle 3 passing through a communicable second inter-road vehicle beacon covering area B by this beacon device 14, and a vehicle ID comparing checkup unit 17b for comparing and checking up the vehicle ID with previously read vehicle ID by reading the vehicle ID when the vehicle and the file vehicle group reach the second beacon covering area B by passing through the first beacon covering area A, and can recognize a comparing checkup result in an operation control center 20 by a communication means.
