<p>Fluoro substituted cycloalkanoindole derivatives of formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein n is 0 or 1; m is 1, 2 or 3; R1 is H, C1-C3 alkyl, halogenated C1-C3 alkyl or cyclopropyl; R2 is 4-chlorophenyl or 2,4,6-trichlorophenyl are antagonists of prostaglandins, and as such are useful for the treatment of prostaglandin mediated diseases.</p> |
