PURPOSE: A display device of a digital driving system is provided to drive the voltage mode panel by utilizing the current type digital-analog converting device to output the signal in the form of voltage by the signal in the form of current. CONSTITUTION: A digital device of a digital driving system includes a first N-type metal oxide semiconductor(NMOS) transistor(NM1), a second NMOS transistor(NM2), a first P-type metal oxide semiconductor(PMOS) transistor(PM1), a second PMOS transistor(PM2) and a third PMOS transistor(PM3). In the digital device, a current(Iref) is applied to one end and the gate of the first NMOS transistor(NM1) and the ground is connected to the other end of the first NMOS transistor(NM1). The gate of the first NMOS transistor(NM1) is connected to the gate of the second NMOS transistor(NM2) and one end of the second NMOS transistor(NM2) is connected to the ground. The gate and one end of the first PMOS transistor(PM1) are connected to the other end of the second NMOS transistor(NM2) and the power voltage(Vdd) is applied to each of the one ends of the second and the third PMOS transistors(PM2,PM3). And, the bias(biasp) is commonly applied to each of the second and the third PMOS transistors(PM2,PM3) and the other ends thereof are connected to the other end and the output end of the first PMOS transistor(PM1).
