PURPOSE: A turbulent flow generating cup is provided to mix contents in the cup effectively by generating a turbulent flow simply only by the fluctuation of the cup without a tea spoon. CONSTITUTION: The cup(10) includes a side wall(20) of a cylindrical shape and a bottom plate(30) connecting to the lower end of the side wall, wherein at least one protuberance is disposed on the top surface of the bottom plate. By this, a turbulent flow is generated according to the fluctuation of the cup as a rotation water flow on the top surface of the bottom plate(30) of the cup(10) is contacted with the projection of the top surface of the bottom plate(30).
