PURPOSE: A receiving/originating control method of a mobile communication terminal is provided to intercept receiving and originating of the mobile communication terminal when a terminal user is driving, thereby preventing driving carelessness caused when the mobile communication terminal is used while driving a car. CONSTITUTION: A controller decides whether a driving mode is set(402). If so, the controller decides whether a user of a mobile communication terminal is driving(406). If so, the controller intercepts receiving and originating of the mobile communication terminal(408). The controller decides whether a call is received from a predetermined originator while intercepting the receiving and the originating(410). If so, the controller stores a caller ID of the originator in a receiving list(412). The controller decides whether the received call is terminated(414). If so, the controller transmits a voice or a text message informing the originator that the user is driving, with a telephone number of the originator stored in the receiving list(416).
