PURPOSE: A mounting device of a built-in water dispenser is provided to prevent deformation of a body by embedding the cold and hot water dispenser in the body fixed firmly below the sink, and to restrict overheat of the dispenser by discharging heat through air vent holes quickly. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser mounting device includes a fixing piece(12) extended upward in an upper plate(10) of a rectangular body(9) and inserted between a sink and a wall; screw assembling holes(14) formed at both sides of the fixing piece to assemble a screw(13) with the wall; a screw assembling hole(17) formed in a side plate(15,18) of the body to fix the body to the wall by a screw(16); and a screw assembling hole(23) formed in a lower plate(21) of the body to fasten a cold and hot water dispenser(1) in the body by a screw(22). The cold and hot water dispenser is installed firmly below the sink, and supported in the body fixed to the wall.
