<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin bulb headlight device of a motorcycle, whereby visibility from the front is enhanced by lighting two bulbs when emitting a low beam, the aperture of the headlight can be small-sized, and the front projecting area of a cowling can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: This twin bulb headlight device is provided with a double filament bulb 12 which can be freely switched to a low beam and a high beam is provided on the shoulder side of the right side of one (10R) of a pair of right and left headlights 10R, 10L, and a single filament bulb 14 exclusive for the low beam to the oncoming car side of the left side in the applied configuration of the other headlight (10L), and has a lighting control circuit for both headlights 10R, 10L, which energizes both low beam filaments 12a, 14 when emitting the low beam, and energizes the high beam filament 12b of one headlight and the low beam filament 14 of the other headlight when emitting the high beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
