PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-contact key sheet superior in key input characteristics in use and properties for forming a cosmetic sheet in performing and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A multi-contact key shape projection part individually having a center key as projecting in a front surface side is extendedly formed in a range of extension ration 200-300% on a base sheet of thickness 250-250μm resin film selected from polyamide, polyimide, olefin, urethane, PC/PBT, or PC/PET, and cosmetic sheet composed of at lease a cosmetic layer formed on a reverse surface thereof, and integrated with a resin member at a reverse side of the projection part to form a multi contact key sheet member.
