PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-time coordinate authentication system or the like utilizing a radio star. SOLUTION: In an authentication device 131 and a device to be authenticated 151, observing portions 132 and 152 observe a radio wave from a common radio star at a common observation time. A transmitting portion 153 transmits an information message including information of the radio wave observed, and an information receiving portion 133 receives this information. A guess portion 134 guesses a position of the device to be authenticated 151 from 'the information of the radio wave observed by the observing portion 152' designated by the received information message' and 'the information of the radio wave observed by the observing portion 132'. A holding portion 135 preliminarily holds a position of one or more devices to be authenticated. A determining portion 136 checks whether or not the position of the device to be authenticated 151 preliminarily held by the holding portion 135 matches with the estimated position within a predetermined error range.
