A pair of collar sections 30a, 30b are formed on both ends in the axial direction of the outer ring 29 for the one-way clutch 10 to protrude radially inwards. The inner diameter D30 of the collar sections 30a, 30b is greater than the outer diameter D33 of the axially oppoite ends of the clutch retainer 16 of the one way clutch 10. The diameter (d16) of the inscribed circle on the inner peripheral surface on both ends in the axial direction of the one-way clutch 10 is less than the outer diameter (D19) of both ends in the axial direction of the inner bearing races 19 of the support bearing 9 provided on the both side of the one-way clutch 10 (d16<D19). The inner bearing races 19 are fitted onto and fixed by the outer peripheral surface at the opposite end portions in the axial direction of the sleeve 8.
