PURPOSE: A waterproof agent having an efflorescence removing function and its preparation method are provided, which waterproof agent is used to improve the abrasion resistance and to remove the efflorescence formed on a brick. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof agent comprises a first solvent group comprising 5-6 vol% of titanium dioxide, 20-21 vol% of solvent naphtha, 32-33 vol% of xylene and 41-42 vol% of acryl resin; and a second solvent group comprising 6-7 vol% of isobutyl, 8-9 vol% of toluene, 12-13 vol% of butyl acetate, 32-33 vol% of butyl cellosolve and 41-42 vol% of xylene in the ratio of 6:4 to 8:2. The method comprises the steps of (S100) mixing titanium dioxide, solvent naphtha, xylene and acryl resin with stirring to prepare a first solvent group; (S110) mixing isobutyl, toluene, butyl acetate, cellosolve and xylene with stirring to prepare a second solvent group; and (S120) mixing the first and second solvent groups with stirring for 30-50 min. |
