PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce an address by reducing overhead as much as possible and by a high reliability in an optical disk.

SOLUTION: In the optical disk medium which has a track groove and on which information is recorded by a block unit of a predetermined length along the track groove, the block unit of the predetermined length has a plurality of subblocks arrayed along the groove. An identification mark for the subblock is disposed in the subblock.
