<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master disk for optical disks that can simply be manufactured at a low cost and having uniformized pattern sizes, to provide a stamper for optical disks, optical disks, and a manufacturing method of the master disk for optical disks as above. <P>SOLUTION: The master disk for optical disks where a prescribed pattern 13 is annularly formed, is provided with a dummy pattern 14 formed by exposing areas other than the area formed with the prescribed pattern 13 concentrically with respect to the prescribed pattern 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
