<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power converter in which deterioration of a battery or a voltage breakdown of an element is prevented by suppressing jumping of a voltage of a capacitor due to surge energy and suppressing heat generation by the internal impedance of the battery and an electromagnetic field noise radiated from the battery wirings is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The power converter comprises a DC/AC power converter 5 having a DC terminal and an AC terminal, a capacitor 106 for filtering a voltage of the DC terminal, a first battery 2 connected to the DC terminal, and a controller 9 for controlling the converter 5. In this converter, a first inductor 110 is inserted between the first battery 2 and the capacitor 106, and hence the ripple in the battery current is reduced and filtered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
