<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively provide food using high functional crops in accordance with the health needs of consumers. <P>SOLUTION: A disease judging part diagnoses the health condition of a member 6 on the basis of clinical data, etc., of the member and predicts a disease risk. A recommended food element judging part, a required functional component and food judging part and a proper food and menu judging part judge insufficient nutrient compositions of the member 6 on the basis of the health condition and the disease risk prediction, judge recommended food composed of high functional crop food being at least either a high functional crop or its processed goods to supply the insufficient nutrient compositions, generate a menu including the recommended food and provide the menu to the member 6 on a web page.
