<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device, capable of curing photocuring resin to have enough adhesiveness and bonding a sealing cover to a substrate, and restraining increase of power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This organic EL display device 11 adopts an active matrix driving system. An organic EL display panel 13 having an organic EL element, a gate driver 16 for driving the organic EL display panel 13, a source driver 17 and a controller 19 for controlling both drivers are disposed on a glass substrate 12 and covered with a sealing can 31. The sealing can 31 is bonded on the glass substrate 12 with photocuring resin 33. A power supply line 21 which is an external input wire extended from the controller 19 to the outside of the sealing can 31, a GND line 22 and a data line 23 are formed of an ITO.
