<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display which can guide light out while reducing the loss of light emitted by a light emitting element by using a material which has light transmissivity for an electrode and a wire formed on the light emitting element coated with a resin and can save electric power by guiding the light out with high efficiency, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The image display constituted by arraying chip formed by coating light emitting elements with the resin is characterized in that the chips are arrayed on a mount board, and conductive parts which are formed on the light guide-out side of the chips and electrically connected to the light emitting elements have light transmissivity.
