<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating rate of a consultant and to maintain a security property by strictly keeping confidential items. <P>SOLUTION: A customer terminal 1 and a consultant terminal 3 register personal information and set a confidential level for each item. Then, the customer terminal 1 selects one or more tools among options set by the consultant to apply for a consultation. If mail is selected, the customer and the consultant confirm the main contents of each other on a consulting support server 2 to perform a consultation.
