<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-output AC generator. <P>SOLUTION: In this AC generator, the range of the ratio of the thickness (t1) in the radial direction of the tip of a claw-shaped magnetic pole to the thickness (t2) in the radial direction of the base of the claw-shaped magnetic pole is 0.10≤t1/t2≤0.25. Besides, the range of the ratio of the dimension (A) of the lap in the radial view between a stator iron core and a disc to the axial dimension (B) of the disc is 0.2≤A/B≤1.0. Further, the range of the ratio of the axial length (Lp) of the claw-shaped magnetic pole lying on top of the stator iron core in the radial view to the axial length (Lc) of the stator iron core is 0.7≤Lp/Lc≤0.9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
