PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control (switch ON/OFF) the power sources of household electric appliances in designated time zones, utilizing functions for monitoring and controlling the power management of the electric appliances en bloc or power control scheduling functions, thereby preventing a useless power consumption because of switchs not turned off or a fire due to heating. SOLUTION: A managing terminal 1 has a schedule registering screen. When household electric appliances wanted to schedule the control of their power sources are registered on the screen, a power source agent unit 3 is informed thereof via a power source manager unit 2.
