PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection scheme for a radio communication terminal capable of easily and rapidly establishing radio communication between a radio communication terminal and a radio base station. SOLUTION: The information about a mobile terminal 1 is previously registered in a management center 11. When the terminal 1 is connected to the center 11 by radio, the center 11 detects the position of the terminal 1 of a connection source, and already-registered terminal information corresponding to the terminal 1 of the connection source are transmitted to a radio base station 21 around the detected position. Radio communication is established from station 21 which receives the transmission of the already-registered terminal information to the terminal 1 on the basis of the information.
