PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily analyze the automobile accident when the automobile accident or the like occurs. SOLUTION: The imaged image recorder for the on-vehicle camera endlessly stores the image of the on-vehicle camera in a recording unit carried in the vehicle and having a predetermined storage capacity. The recorder images by the camera with a low frame rate and high resolution during traveling of the vehicle (step S6) when an approaching vehicle is not detected (step S8), stores the imaged image in the recording unit (step S7), and images by the camera with a high frame rate and low resolution (step S9) when the approaching vehicle is detected (step S8), and stores the imaged image in the recording unit (step S7). Thus, when the accident occurs during traveling of the vehicle, the image near the accident occurring time is continuously imaged at a high frame rate and retained in the recording unit 13.
