PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic device that can easily be removed from a charger after the mobile electronic device is loaded on the charger and to provide the charger for the mobile electronic device. SOLUTION: In the case that a mobile phone (mobile electronic device) 1 is loaded on and supported by the charger 10, when a front end (other end) 2f of a main body case (device case) 2 is depressed, the rear end (one end) 2e of the main body case (device case) 2 is rocked in a manner that the rear end (one end) 2e is popped upward around an engagement projection 11P, and an engagement recessed part 2S is formed at a position apart from the front end (other end) 2f by a prescribed size L at a side 2s of the main body case (device case) 2 in a manner that a sufficient moment is produced to disengage an engagement claw 13 from an engagement hole 2B.
