<p>A pneumatic bias tire for heavy duty having a ply rating of 58 or higher and a flatness ratio of 80% or below and capable of preventing separation between the plies of carcass plies due to the deformation of tire side parts caused by the application of a high load, wherein a rubber volume obtained by multiplying the intervals of ply cords in the carcass plies by the intervals of ply cords between the carcass plies adjacent to each other is set to 500 to 1350 mm3 in at least inner three sheets of carcass plies of the innermost carcass ply group at a portion corresponding to the maximum width position of the tire.</p> |
