PURPOSE: An equipment for generation of shock wave from a submerged electrical shocking apparatus is provided for increasing efficiency of the shocking apparatus, controlling magnitude of the shocking wave, and for greatly shortening passage of current to reduce impedance and adverse effect of maximum shock wave. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises a flange panel(130), a support plate(110) having a support(150) to secure the rotational electrode assembly(140) embodying several gaps(101,102,103). The rotational electrode assembly(140) for fixing the support(150) and a supporting axis at the same time and for insulating annular electrode has a connection bar as a primary body consisting of a resin based engineering plastic material and snap-rings mounted on the supporting axis in order to prevent separation of the annular electrode.
