<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily manage a plurality of types of terms per each document, and notify a concerned party by specifying a document needing term notice and its type of term. <P>SOLUTION: An applicant terminal 2, a registrant terminal 3, an examiner terminal 4 and an approver terminal 5 or the like used as client terminals are connected to a management server 1 via a network. The management server 1 receives documents sent from the registrant terminal 3 and stores and manages them, detects the document needing the term notice from the documents and the type of term by referring to a plurality of types of term information registered in a document registration data base in correspondence to the stored documents, and carries out the term notice to the concerned party with respect to the document. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
