<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element arranging method capable of efficiently transferring elements arranged on a first board to a second board through a simpler process and an image display device manufacturing method capable of manufacturing an image display device equipped with superior light emitting regions at a lower cost. <P>SOLUTION: When elements on a first board are transferred onto a second board, the elements are attached to an adhesive sheet composed of a sheet and an adhesive layer formed on it and held, then the elements are selectively separated from the adhesive sheet, transferred onto a second board, and arranged on it, whereby a process can be simplified, the elements can be efficiently arranged on the second board, furthermore the elements can be arranged so as not to interfere with each other, and an image display device equipped with superior light emitting regions can be manufactured at a lower cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
