<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of applying batch processing to a calculation of assessed valuation that takes into consideration a case of performing proportional distribution processing there is stipulated common use for sharing a room being a portion of a limited home in valuation of assets of each door in a condominium, etc., divided into a plurality of rooms. <P>SOLUTION: An input device 2 is used to input the proprietary area of each door and information on a partially commonly used part, and an individual information registration means 11 and a partial common use registering means 12 register an individual door information table 42 and a partial common use table 43 in an external storage device 4. Then, an addition correcting means 13 calculates the proprietary area of each door on the basis of information of the individual door information table 42 and the partial common use table 43, and an assessed amount outputting means 14 outputs its proportional distribution to an output device 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
