<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector superior in blanking of shield plates, and suitable for automatic assembling. <P>SOLUTION: This shield connector covers four side surfaces of an insulating housing of the connector with a pair of L-shaped shield plates 1 and 5. Fitting projection parts are arranged on the respective four side surfaces of the insulating housing of the connector. Fitting kerfs 2a and 3a are arranged on the respective shield plates 1 and 5 so as to correspond to the fitting projection parts. When fitting the fitting kerfs 2a and 3a to the fitting projection parts, engaging force of the shield plates 1 and 5 and the insulating housing can be secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
