The autowash lane has at least one consumer station and in addition to a first feed station for a water and chemical mixture or feed stations (18) for water and a first chemical has an additional feed station for a second chemical or a water and chemical mixture provided in a supply line (8) of the consumer station (9). The supply lines (19,20,22) connected to feed stations (18,21) are provided with controllable operating components (23-25). A heater (6) is provided in and/or on a compressed air line (4) between a compressed air generator (1) and consumer station to heat the compressed air.
